Armstrong, Ross and Block are with him and have told him the current situation. He then gives full authorisation for a full sweep on Lab 5. At Lab 5 Scar is fighting Gluttony, Scar falls through a hole but Gluttony doesn't follow because he is fearful and says it's a 'bad place'. Lust and Al talk about Homunculi before she pins him to the wall, Glutton then eats part of his arm. Ed now knows for sure that the military were doing their advancements in Alchemy with humans. Tucker tells Ed that the stone material was there when he came and that if Ed wants to try to make a pure stone from the stuff he can. Ed then uses Alchemy on the ceiling that shows up some alchemic symbols. Hughes and co are running when the Furher comes from his room in his PJs. He knows about the lab and how the Elrics are missing and will go with them to Lab 5 in which Hughes doesn't seem pleased. Lust is sitting on Al (without arms and legs) Gluttony tells her where Scar fell and she is still worried over Greed. Tucker takes Ed to a room above the Lab with more stuff in it. When they are gone Gran is seen with the prisoners including Kimblee who when they are trapped tells the others that wasn't Gran. Ed plans to merge both rooms fragments (unknowing the humans are above him) to make an incomplete stone. Kimblee is able to use his Alchemy (as he has signs on his hands) on another prisoner to make a huge explosion which destroys the floor causing all to fall below into the Lab. Gran then enters the room but Ed knows it isn't him as he saw him die. Gran then changes to Envy who tells him the reason she hasn't killed him is because shew as told not and that she can never forgive him for carrying 'That bastards blood in his veins'. Lust picks up Slicers head and tells Ed to do the transmutation on the incomplete material and the prisoners to make a full stone. Ed refuses until Gluttony drags in Al's smashed up body who informs Ed that Lust, Gluttony and Envy are Homunculi. Tucker knew this as they promised him the secrets of bringing Nina back as a Homunculi. Tucker speaks of memory implants this makes Al think again. Lust reveals she just wants to be human and nothing more. Ed finds out the Homunculi are behind just about everything they have done. Lust then breaks Slicers blood seal and goes to do the same to Al. Ed says he'll do what they want and fixes the ceiling. Scar is relitivly ok an sees through a 'sneak hole'. Al says for Ed not to do it and he doesn't want a real body if it means killing others. Ed claps his hands ready to do the transmutation but can't go through with it. Scar sees this as well and intrudes destroying a good deal of stuff. He orders Ed to take Al and go. When he moves to go he inadvertently starts a transmutation and absorbs a lot of material. Lust says that much exposure could make Ed a god - she and the others run. Military go into the complex in which Kimblee is then spotted. A woman attacks the guards and Greed is then seen with Kimblee. Ed is still absorbing when Armstrong, Ross and Block find the boys. Ross fights her way through the light and hugs Ed causing him to relax and the absorbing stops. Outside the Furhers secretary sees Gluttony, Lust and Envy leave and tells them 'Good work troops'. Armstrong then carries Ed and Al out and gets applauded as the episode ends.
