Ross smacks Ed on the face to 'wake him up' for putting himself in danger and they are still kids and should let the adults shoulder some of the responsibility. Short while later Ed phones Winry about his arm. She's going to come to Central to fix him. Hughes is at Lab 5 and then visits Ed. He questions him over what happened. Ed tells him over the Homunculi and draws him some pics. Winry arrives at the station in which Armstrong meets her and takes her to Ed. At his base Hughes has to take a call from Roy he blags his way through by speaking of Elicia's birthday tomorrow and then puts the phone down on him. When Winry is with Ed, Al becomes really 'off tone'. Winry is annoyed that the boys haven't told her anything about what has happened. She storms out and meets Hughes who drags her off shopping for Ed and Elicia's birthday. At Elicia's birthday party she is now 4 ^^ Hughes talks to her about Ed and Al saying how they look to her as a sister and don't tell her anything as to not burden her. Winry takes a cake from Gracia to Ed for his birthday. Al wants to be alone and is taken to the roof on his request. Ed tells Winry about how he had the chance to change Al back but couldn't go through with it and thinks this is why Al is being odd. Al is doubting himself even more. Ed is fully fixed and he puts Al's back to his full metal body. Al questions Ed about the fake memories. Ed cannot reply so Al runs away as Ed cries out to him to return.
