 Japanese: Innocent Child English: The Untainted Child Airdates Japan: April 24, 2004 USA: October 08, 2005 UK: Unknown Australia: Unknown Synopsis: Izumi and Mason have no clue who the kid is but it soon become apparent that he is an alchemist as he turns his left fist into stone. Kids right arm and left leg are different colour from the rest of his body. There is a scar on his right arm. Izumi hugs him as he cries. Back at the shop the kid eats tons. Ed tells Winry about 'All is one and one is all'. At night the boys sneak into the kids room. He is very hyper so Ed has to use Alchemy to restrain him. He knows he has seen the boys face somewhere before. The boy and the bed transmutate together. Izumi comes in and gets the kid to remember his original form. Ed informs Izumi that he thinks the boy is Homunculi. Scieszka is visiting Gracia + Elicia to see how they are. When she leaves Roy's car goes past. The car returns nd Scieszka dumps the research books on Roy of the work Hughes was doing on the Homunculi investigation before he died. She then congratulates him on his promotion. Sloth is on the phone saying she can't keep losing check on them. King Brad enters and goes into his room. She tells Envy to go to Dublith to check there and create a new oppertunity for the boys to make a stone. Ed tells Izumi of Homunculi not being able to do alchemy but the boy can. Ed remembers the gateway and we get a flash back of Ed seeing tons of things from the gateway and learing things about alchemy he never knew before. This is just after Ed did the human transmutation. We see Black Creatures holding Ed back and as the gate closes the boys face is seen. We then get to see Ed putting the blood seal in the armour and Ed getting his arm taken by the boy. The reason why Ed can transmutate without a circle is because of what he saw. Ed tells Izumi he saw theboy in the gate. Izumi leaves the brothers and is going somewhere alone. Honey decares Izumi didn't tell the boys how a Homunculus is born. Braider is dressed up as Armstrong and scares most of Roy's office staff. They call him sick when they find out. Riza reveals that Armstrong is with Lt. Colonol Frank Archer, the man who has Hughes' old job. Falman ays how Archer enjoys war. Archer is after keeping track on the Elrics for the 'safety of coming battle' Mason knows Izumi has gone to the Island. Al makes a line to Winry in the room below to check the boys scars. The boys them come crashing into the room. Ed holds the boy and checks his right arm. Ed recognises the scr as the one he got from the fox bite as a kid on the Island. It definatly appears that the boy has Ed's arm and leg. The boy escapes into the street and runs with Ed following him. Izumi is on the Island by a stone structure, a line of dirt is leading off from it. We then see Izumi coughing up some blood.
