 Japanese: With the River's Flow English: With the River's Flow Airdates Japan: July 03, 2004 USA: December 03, 2005 UK: Unknown Australia: Unknown Synopsis: Winry is at Hughes' grave Scieszka turns up there a shortwhile later. With the boys Ed has crashed the tractor thing that they were riding. The walk to a town and argue. From this argument they have an alchemy fight which finishes up Ed leaving Al. Winry and Scieszka talk in a cafe of Hughes' death. Scieszka has been doing some investigating she is afraid and doesn't know what to do next. Ed is eating at a cafe and soon heads off. At Scieszka's she summeries to Winry over what Hughes found out (see Epi 25). Al is walking alone. He has been trying to tell Ed that he knows they will have to face 'her' and with that Juliet shots are seen. Marta comes up to Al, she has been following him. Scieszka tells Winry over Juliet's oddness and that she is an alien. Winry tells her that they have to keep digging and eavesdropping is the best way. Marta with Al, she wants info on the other Homunculi for revenge. Winry is in one of Scieszka's uniforms, they pass Ross and Block. Ross isn't sure if she knows her. The girls reach the phone tunnel. Winry gets them inside and hooks up to the phone. We find Marta is half snake vengence in her blood. She wants info but Al won't tell her as he thinks vengence is wrong. Ed is now looking for Al PAST Tricia is talking to Ed wanting to know where Al is. Ed says he doesn't know/care. Tricia says how she wishes she knew where he was thus prompting Ed to go looking for him by the river where he always went after they fought. PRESENT A call comes into Bradley's office to Juliet's phone. She accepts the call and hears something. The caller is Envy who is reporting that she is near nearly there. Winry recognises Envy's name. Juliet tells Envy she has to go as she has another job to perform. In the tunnel water is dripping and from the water a shadow emerges turning into a figure. Sloth is after the girls. Ross and Block are running. Ross finally remembers who Winry is. Winry gets caught and sees Sloth's face and knows her as Ed and Al's mom. Sloth stops in her tracks and disappears when Ross and Block arrive. Ed finds Al at the river at the town edge. Marta comes on a bike and cart to give them a lift. Al whispers to her that he won't let her do it. On the bike they talk how the fought in the past and when they fought hardest was to decide who would marry Winry.
