The Law of Equivalant Exchange: "Nothing can gained without first giving something of equal value as a price.". Years ago, two children recklessly breaking the rules of alchemy for the sake of their dead mother learned this lesson. However, inspite of the sin they made together, they seek only one thing: The bodies they lost as the price for breaking the taboo of taboos, the revival of the dead. Now a part of the Military, Edward Elric, the elder brother of the two, along with his brother, Alphonse, whose soul is now bound to a suit of armor, seek an way to take back what they lost. And thus they seek the legendary crimson stone, the Philosopher's Stone, which can break the rules of Alchemy. However, on their quest to take back what they lost, they soon learn that one cannot escape the sins of the past, and that perhaps... nothing is perfect. |
