We then shoot to a Religous Boradcast, Ed and Al (in full armour) are told about Cornello the Sun God Leto's emissary. The radio gets broken and Al fixes it with Alchemy. This makes the people think Al is like Cornello. A girl called Rose comes by, Cornello is said to 'Raise the Dead' and can do miracles. This makes Ed suspicious of Cornello. Rose visits Cornello and tells her not yet. (She lost her love and Cornello is supposed to be reviving him). A short while later in the Church of Leto, Ed tells her about Alchemy over religion making her mad at him. When ed sees one of Cornello's 'miracles' he knows it is Alchemy and that Cornello can bypass the laws, the boys think they have found what they have been searching for. The Elrics go to visit Cornello but before they see him Cornello orders his subordinates to kill the boys as Cornello knows Ed is a State Alchemist. Cray goes to shoot Al and blows his head off but naturally Al isn't hurt. Rose finds out Al is without a body in his armour. The boys find cornello and they talk to him over the Philosopher Stone and how his power source is it and it contained in his ring. Cornello reveals his plan that to get followers for an army so he can take over the country. We then see Rose has been hiding in Al's armour hearing every word. Cornello then twists as usual to get Rose to come to him. He then releases a Chimera. Ed makes a sphere using Alchemy without a circle. Ed rights the beast and then reveals that he has Automail - Fullmetal prosthetics and thus why he is The Full Metal Alchemist. |
